THE LAB TESTS WE DO

Every batch of Concrete Mix goes under a few pre-requisite Lab Tests and stay under the observations to check out their strength and abilities to perform.

OUR LAB EQUIPMENTS

01. SLUMP TEST APPARATUS

The test specimen mold is a frustum of a cone with an internal bottom diameter of 20 cm, a top diameter of 10 cm, and a height of 30 cm. It ensures accurate shape and size for consistent testing results and is designed for easy handling and pouring.

02. COMPRESSIVE TESTING MACHINE

This high-stability four-column load frame is rigorously tested for alignment, ensuring center loading and minimizing tension failure. It includes standard platens for various cylinder sizes and features a large spherical upper platen for optimal results. Optional accessories for additional testing, a motorized hydraulic power pack, and built-in safety guards enhance functionality and safety.

03. DIGITAL THERMOMETER

This water resistant digital fridge thermometer incorporates a large and clear digital display that indicates temperature over the range of -50 to 300 C with a 0.1 C resolution.
